How you can heal yourself through your own vibration

About this workshop It’s a 2 days workshop where you are going to discover your own body through energies. The energy is manifesting itself in different ways. But which ones? We will learn, but most of all, we will feel how the energies move and circulate in our own body. To be in silence and hear the sound of the energy, it’s not an easy task. So, I will show you, with very simple exercises to be able to feel it by yourselves. The body is pure vibration, frequency and energy.

Then you will be connected to the ancient sacred sounds and activate the healing potential of your natural mind.

Through the medicine of sound, you can clear obstacles of your body, your energy and emotions, and the subtle sacred dimensions of your being. You will be able to continue your practice after the workshop with the audio CDs in order to cultivate the healing power within your body’s subtle channels.

Most of all, I will invite you to understand better "Health" and how to maintain this state. You will learn to change your frequency, your emotional state, and cure you through your own vibration.

Who am I?

Xanthippe Lazaridis Eight years of research and experiment developing this effective technique; I use tools that are accessible to anyone in search of freedom and self-realization.

For your first journey, I will take you back to that universe which is your own, back to that first sound. You will explore your basic instincts.

On the way to that sound, that frequency, you will come into contact with vibration and with echo. With my expert guidance, you will open up your inner voice, and create channels within yourself. Your soul will be able to express itself.

You will get closer to that inner emptiness. And so you can let yourself go, relax, and just live.

As a woman, with the experience of life, death and rebirth - transformation journeys for each level of consciousness – I discovered this sublime gift many years ago, and refined it through extensive travel and through philosophical discourse. Once I had discovered it I put it to use in order to show the way through voice, chanting and sounds healing.

You have to bring with you : Relax clothes, training, take some warm clothing (pullover), warm socks, yoga carpet and a woll blanket for meditations (two if you are sensitive to cold).

Price : 170 € (including the breaks) Meals have to be taken outside. We have to get some fresh air.
