What is Ka-Huna philosophy ?

We will give you a basic but workable knowledge of the Aloha Spirit i.e. 7 principles related to Universal Laws and our possibility to create our reality in a harmonious and loving way. You will get a useful understanding of the Hawaiian ideas of 3 Selves and 4 levels of reality.

Xanthippe Lazaridis Body and soul therapist Xanthippe is specialised on sound therapy. She proposes holistic massages with oil and prana therapy through subtle touch and sounds. Courses of harmonic chant and other vocal techniques are proposed for individual sessions or group workshops.

Some sounds resonate deep within the body in order to untie physical and emotional knots. Sound therapy reaches deep levels of being and achieves long lasting and sustainable results.
